Printinda Return & Refund Policy

At Printinda, most products are made to order specifically for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Because products are manufactured after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Changing your mind
  • Buyer preference
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Printed incorrectly
  • Different from what you ordered

please contact us within 30 days after delivery.

Whenever possible, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost,
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method, or
  • Provide another appropriate resolution.

3. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates your package has not been delivered or has been lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.


4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation requests generally cannot be accepted.


6. Personalized Products

Personalized or customized products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error caused by Printinda or our production partners.


7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.


8. Right to Refuse Abuse

Printinda reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests involving fraud, abuse, repeated misuse of this policy, or claims that cannot be reasonably verified.
